Qui suis-je ?
Conférencier et coach en leadership & stratégie depuis 25 ans, j'accompagne les dirigeants dans leurs transformations d'entreprise : croissance, redressement, restructuration. Plusieurs centaines de leaders coachés.
Ex-CEO et entrepreneur, j'ai piloté fusions, restructurations et accélérations stratégiques. Mon fait d'armes : le redressement de Claranova - CA multiplié par 4, capitalisation boursière par 10 en 5 ans.
Je dirige des programmes à HEC Executive MBA depuis 17 ans, formant les dirigeants au pilotage stratégique et à l'implémentation du changement.
